Question about planting trees

Assuming a hearthling with Druidic Rite completes the pot, puts it in a table, and another hearthling without Druidic Rite plants them. What counts, the rite of the first or the second who planted without rite? Asking for a friend.

As far as I know, it's always been the person who mixes the tree and puts iton the herb table. Theplanting has always been able to be done by any char.
