Treeplanting: seasons affectng seeds

Okay, I'll make it simple and expect a really simple answer, thanks in advance.

Trees don't give seeds in Winter.
Neither do in Spring.

I have a couple of high-quality trees that matured during winter/spring. They have not produced any seeds at all, none were collected etc.

1. Will I be able to collect seeds from those trees first day of summer?
2. Or does the process of replenishing seeds STARTS the 1st day of summer?
3. If so, how long the pocess of replenishing seeds/bark/boughs take?

prolly 1. from my experience but you know RNG might come in and not all give seeds the same time (day)
