About Rustroot

Good day!

Is there any accurate data on rustroot?
How many tiles does he feel ore? According to my feelings, this is about 20 tiles, but with 150 doses of extract I found only 2 poor veins of chalcopyrite and one cassiterite.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Does the range of action depend on the quality of the extract? My extract is 20-30ql.
How much ore is on the first level of the cave?

Counting theese tiles is waste of time, just go and every now and then prospect for ore, there is no need of counting because ore is so abudant that it's everywhere. If you wasted 150 portions of extract for 2 ore veins then you must do something wrong, like prospecting 10 times for one ore.
I have tip for you, when you get red arrow indicating ore vein then never go straight this line, because if you do so the next arrow will just show you same direction without providing more information.

Some cave systems in L1 seem to be devoid of ore, but if you look around you should find some.

It is "everywhere" but not a uniform distribution. In some areas you will not find any copper within a few map tiles' radius for example.

So far the closest I've found a spot that didn't detect any ore was ~125 tiles away from a known deposit.
