Do precious metal have no quality? Meaning, i don't have got care about Q of coal, mining tool and smelter, as it's not going to help with anything?

Do you have tips to increase metal quality? Is it simply a matter of spiraling wrought iron?

Dig farther down to increase the odds of finding better quality ore. Increase the quality of your smelters and finery forge. Those and try to spiral it as best you can.

As far as jewelry, see any piece that relies on Goldbeater's skin. Anvil and hammer are less than half of the equation. (ex: Forge Ring) Goldbeater's can be easier to raise than metal for some villages.
