My game a crash after choice a character.

My problem is that the game crashes even reinstalled Java or the game
And yes, even the drivers were reinstalled
Please help me,she captured my heart but I can't just leave this game

I wait help from this community and hope what you can help me. :(

Tell us what system you're using--CPU, GPU, operating system, Java version. I haven't seen this error in quite a while. I'll note that this was typically seen with the early integrated Intel GPUs running 32-bit versions of Java.

Also, how did you start the game? There was a recent update that might be complicating things. Try using http://game.havenandhearth.com/java/old-launcher.jar to see if there are still issues. There could be a previously unidentified bug in the new client, could be your system is no longer compatible.

What MagicManICT said, but I'm also curious if this is the default client. I'm wondering because I don't seem to have received an error report from you. Did the error reporter say anything about failure to send?
