Milestones, Claims & Vandalism

Hi,

I'm a new player (an old player returning after several years).

There are lots of milestones everywhere, and I was wondering if I claim land (personal claim) with milestones on it, will I be able to destroy them without Vandalism skill ?

I'm not sure actually. Clarification: trail stones require vandalism to destroy only if one of their end-points has been claimed.

So I don't know which claim would have priority, I'd say it would the one actually overlapping the trail stone but I can't say for sure.
