Animals get stuck together, can't work out.

I travel with dozens of animals back to the hearth fire several times and finally find them getting stuck! I tried everything, waiting for hours and they just can't move!
Is that a known bug? What can I do?

try releasing all except those stuck and tp again. if that fails, try building hf in other location
