Having trouble downloading Haven and Hearth, any help?

When I open autohaven.jnlp it starts too download but then gets stuck at a point. I've had it nearly 85% done and it wouldn't budge even though I let it download for about 3 days straight. I cleared my java cache and tried again and now it's stuck at around 20% and sometimes will randomly open another downloader window which also gets stuck at 15-20%. Googled this issue and can't seem too find anyone else with it, wondering if anyone here has a fix or workaround of some sort?

This is the problem. Haven & Hearth is no longer distributed as a Java Web Start app. Click the play link to download 'autohaven.jar' or snag one of the modded clients in The Wizards' Tower. (Oracle has more or less ended support for Java Web Start.)
