Spring Water Quality

I remember reading a while back on the wiki that spring water counts as double its quality when used for crafting/gardening/etc. Now when I look at the wiki, I no longer see that. Is this still the case, or has it been changed?

It was wrong information.
Spring water takes it's quality twice more than local water quality, where local resource placed. Misunderstanding of this fact created wrong understanding spring water mechanics in community, and later reflected on wiki.
