How do i smelt nuggets into metal bar?

Hey, cant find info on how to get the skill. I just smelted tin bars and found some bronze and wrought metal nuggets, but i cant find the way to smelt them into bars again.

Well, assuming you have the metalworking skill, have you discovered any nuggets of metal? You have to do that, obviously. Try smelting a bar of tin into tin nuggets, which will discover nuggets.

(stop saying nuggets...)
