How to inactivate a village claim

I am moving to another continent (bored) and would like to leave my claim/village for anyone to use. I will leave my claim bonds and open all permissions for white (so stuff won't decay) but what do I do with the village claim? I would like for anyone to be able to use/destroy it without penalty, but am not sure of the procedure to follow. Also, once I'm completely moved out, is there a place on the forum to announce that this claim is up for grabs? I don't have fantastic stuff, but it would make a great starter home for a noob (mine/crops/decent q animals)

You can post coords in the moot so somebody can send in vandal alts to destroy everything.

You can renounce the lawspeaker role and then somebody can claim it for themselves. But it may require to be part of the village (not sure).
Maybe if all members leave the village then anyone can take it, at least.

I haven't seen any reported change. If there is no lawspeaker and no village members, or the authority on the claim is under 50k, then anyone can take it.
