Cannot level an area

I have a small area, very tiny actually, that cannot be leveled any further. I cant see why though.
its just dirt, ive plowed it, stomped it.. nothing can level it further. Id ideally love it to be flat here but eh.
any idea why, or how to fix?
When i hit the button to make it level, it just gives me the error that the area cant be leveled any further, but ive never had such an issue in the past.

my best guess is the winepress, but you should definitely post an even blurrier image so we can get to the bottom of this

i destroyed it and i could level the land...

Cannot level an area
General info:
- When land adjusting/surveying its best to use a client that supports showing object hitboxes.
- Any solid & none moveable object will lock all ground-tiles that are covered by its hitbox. (including build signs, which is useful in special cases)
- | Exception: Stockpiles (semi moveable).
