Out of memory

I created new character, started playing game and for unknown reason clicked configuration or something like that. After play with one slider I had message "out of video memory" and bang, game crashed. Yeah, I know - stupid me. I tried to delete and reinstall but after starting game I immediately had message about video memory. Is there any way to reset game/java configuration? Where?

Just for future purposes, do you happen to know what you set the slider (assuming it was the UI-scaling slider) to? It seems quite excessive to run out of video memory just from scaling up the login-screen elements.
