If you have access to hard metal, you can make this. Use mineral calcination to combine sandstone + gneiss, and then make an herbal swill using that and a dusk fern.

Care: Sometimes when healing with potions an additional alchemy wound appears. It doesn't seem to be consistent and one concussion heal gave aching joints (heals 1/day)
