How do I add alt to village?

I have created a village claim. My alt is under claim. But he cannot access anything. I have toggled the "red" filter so he can access everything. Thanks!

So silly...

1 more question - I have a barter stand. Village white permission is set to trespassing only. When someone clicks to use it, will they always get that "this belongs to yada yada village". I mean they can use it, but that message is rather annoying assuming there might be 100 barter stands?
