Primitive Casting Rod

How do I find the recipe to make a Primitive Casting Rod? I see the bushcraft rod and have made it but there is no recipe under hook line and sinker for the former. Was this removed from the game? The instructions on Ring of Brodgar lead me nowhere.

Have you discovered all the materials? I have a feeling most many new players forget to discover cloth.
