Wy does this game skip the options page?

I'm trying to reach the options page but the client says authenticating and as soon as I click it it logs me into the character login page, and there aint no back button. Help!!

The options menu in the title screen is the same that is in-game.
Default keybind for it should be "Ctrl+O" or "Shift+O" Other way is to look at the standard "crossed wrenches" -icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
