Last world we were able to get redused hunger from questing. is it possible in this world too or no?
maybe i am low on charisma, but maybe it is not possible

You are just getting unlucky was doing like 5h of questing with a Horse last world at some point in wich i didnt get a single Hungerdowngrade too.
Charisma should only Increase the Numbers Magnitude of the rewards you get not influence wich ones you get for all i know.

I've talked to 30ish players, no one's gotten hunger boosts. I personally don't think it exists this world.

Hunger also seems to be less important this world, with an emphasis being placed on variety instead.

You can get hunger rewards from quests. They are significantly lower, and probably only are rewarded at high levels of satiety.

I know a few people who quested and got the reward. It exists.
