Help, I can't see the characters in my account

How to access your character from another device? I go to the account, the characters are not visible

They might be dead. You didn't commit any crimes did you?

Edit: Also a new world just started a month ago. Could be that.

Everyone is alive, but I play from the device on which I registered the character, and if I log in from another computer, they are not visible
