Transferring map to a new computer

My old computer died, and I'd like to know if there is a way to transfer my map to my new computer. I can access the hard drive to move over any needed files. I am aware of the export/import functionality, but I don't think that will help here because I can't boot the old computer.

not sure if this still works, but I think I once copied "user/.../haven/data" folder over and it recognized some stuff...

of course it could fail and lose your new computer haven/data, so if you're desperate to try, backup folder and export map before risking it
