Open terminal and type -> java -jar <filename>.jar
<filename> - replace with ur autohaven jar filename

It will prevent the terminal from disappearing and may also show us the reason

In the windows start bar you can search stuff, type "cmd" and "Command prompt" should pop up. This is the terminal, you can write commands indicated there.
Make sure you are "located" in the correct directory, you can change directories by using "cd" command, look up exact usage since, but "cd .." goes one level back (ie. you are in /whatever/folder and you type it you will be in /whatever) and "cd <directory>" puts you in the directory specified.
