Cascade damage

Can a fresh palisade cascade to a dry one if its bashed or they need same soak?

Supposedly they fixed that and there are no cascade raids anymore i think.

What I am asking is if I extend the palisade and someone bashes the new section before it dries will it splash damage to the older dry sections?
