Is there a guide for a new player to be able to talk in the chat without being hounded for being introduced to the game by me?

I really want new players to join, like the devs, but it's difficult for new people to get past the horrid playerbase's treatment of them.

Even the staff is so trolly that they have to harass new people just to get their kicks before coffee in the morning.

I'm not Finnish, maybe it's the cultural shock.


But I think you guys are mean and need to be nicer if you expect this game to grow this decade.

For context this dude “ticho” is either a troll or extremely mentally ill (consensus is on the latter) and though he has sympathizers, his constant self-centered spam has resulted in his alienation and banning from every single discord he’s joined (including the one for haven’s crippled stepsibling “Salem” and realm chat(s)) so it’s a classic case of the old adage “If a few people hate you, they’re assholes; if everyone does, you are.”

If u want to make friends don’t be the most insufferable yapper most people have ever seen. And if there really are non-alt players joining this guy I’d recommend they don’t because damn what a target he’s put on your back.
