How do you guys crank INT so fast within the first couple days ? Any foods / recipes in particular to focus effort on?

Didn't Jorb tease a complete food revamp in the devstream?

"We just realized that FEP/hunger actually matters, organized foods into "tiers" based on that, and adjusted them accordingly." -Jorb (paraphrased)

Assuming things work at least remotely similar...

10-20 highest FEP: eating raw berries/nuts is probably a noob trap, but basically you would want to eat something that gives very little hunger but gives (almost) any attribute.
20-30 highest FEP: fruitroasts from elderberries (baked beforehand, using maple or conker leaves, 30 per tree is not bad and they stack to 4.)
30-100 highest FEP: spitroast fish.

Only problem with instantly going for fish is that almost everything is a massive overkill, even with low quality spitroast. May not be an actual issue (aside from satiations maybe) and just me being neurotic about things going to "waste."

From what i understood noob traps should no longer exist in said system you can eat trash its just that you could eat 1 item to get the same effect as eating 50 berries
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

raising intelligence is insanely easy blueberries foxes and squirrels and of course fish and tap roots tap Roots don't give intelligence but there are Net Zero item they give you more food variety without any penalties or any other unwanted attributes so does beetroot leaves if you're growing them

you can easily get 50 intelligence in the first 3 days of the game no problem maybe even in the first 24 hours but of course at the sacrifice of balance and slowing down the growth of everything else
