Don't have a lot of screenshots because imgur is gay, but here's my old W13 setup for all village crafting.
Each 'zone' produced whatever item EX bones, meat, blocks, boards, eggs, ore, metal bars, branches which is moved via barterstand to an underground warehouse

Each set of urns has 1,920 urns for 28,800 units of storage, with 160 sets of urns for a total of 4,608,000 units of storage in the entire warehouse (yes, being near that many entities made my GPU go brrrrr)

Each set of urns has multiple barter hands so there could be multiple sets of inputs/outputs from different stations

Can't find a screenshot of it when it was finished, had an array of barterstands to move any object to/from any storage spot in the warehouse. The main crafting spot is out of a wagon next to a flour granary/cistern with a slightly large set of urns. There were only 2 barter poles there, and a couple chests full of hands that give/take to be changed depending on what materials you want to move at any given time.

To actually craft stuff you just buy however many thousands of each raw ingredient into the crafting station, press craft, and once done sell them back into the warehouse

For multi-stage crafting products I'd send them back to storage. All unbaked goods for example went to a single set of urns to be sorted by type/ingredients at the cooking station, which worked in a similar fashion
I made an item mall in another spot which just had an array of barterstands full of every kind of FEP/curio the village used. Unfortunately can't find a screenshot, but the functionality was the same as the hunger food vending machines I had scattered around the village, just more variety

I made it on my own just for fun, and I know the design is kinda basic and almost standard now, but I'm proud of it.
