These things are incredibly hard for me to find. I need them for my Credo, and I've only found 2 since I started playing this world. Did they raise the detection requirement? Also, wiki says you can only find them on beaches near the ocean, also skargaard. But is it possible to find these on beaches near lakes and rivers too?

only ocean beach and skargrad.
possibly other ocean beach biomes , like birdisland,

they dont spawn on rivers and lakes.

detection is extremely low, but they are somewhat uncommon to spawn

I'm 95% sure bladderwacks, for whatever reason, are local pooled. This makes their spawning very stupid since you'll only see them right when the local pool restocks.

I refuse every quest that tells me to go pick them, and if i ever see one I immediately cache it for when a delivery quest pops.
