Suggestions for STR food

I'm trying to make a miner but I'm not sure what to make for max effiency STR food... I can hunt boar and fish at best and don't have a meat grinder. What combinations would you suggest for this?

dried mullet (and sturgeon but they are worse) + fillers.

Nutjerky from chicken is 50% STR.

Maybe 50 if you're super patient? 100-200 feels a lot better.
