Battering Ram Revenge Help

Postby Willberfollower » Mon Nov 18, 2024 2:41 pm

So im planning some revenge on a village as a hermit solo player. Considering how difficult they make sieging bases. I wanted to check a few things before I wasted my time.

Can you still put battering rams on rafts? Im planning on building it far away and rafting it down. Will that damage it? id like to avoid repairing it. The wall is right along the water.

Is building a wall next to their wall and putting the ram inside a option I think i read that you can’t build on claimed land.

Odd question but can you move rams through mine holes?

Wiki says wrecking balls are useless now that true?

Whats my best option for revenge or is it hopeless cause villages can have guys take shifts watching their ram set while hermits are hindered by rules meant to protect them?

chop their quest trees
chip their quest frogs
break their roads
You used to be able to bash their docks and send dangerous nidbanes but these big village criminals cried so much it got changed.
They also had jorb and loftar add blocking cave entrances with claim pole which criminals used this world to escape retaliation.

To really get back at your enemies on a larger scale you need to participate in the discussion for harsher crime punishment.

They're just pretty weak. They also require quality and stats a hermit is unlikely to be able to make/have.

Griefing them is definitely your "best" option for revenge. Fresh spawned alts can be a pain in the butt.

If you think chopping the quest givers around them isn't enough, you can also claim and pali them
