Do anvils still decay outdoors?

In W13 and 14 we had anvils outdoors, and never seemed to have any issues as far as I remember. But the Wiki says that they're delicate and decay quickly outdoors- Is this true? Or is this only true for Legacy?

The don't decay, indeed, though I can't track when was it fixed, as it wasn't mentioned in patch notes.
