If i replanted my Barley today (12/17/24)

Could I harvest it before Winter hits in lieu of the season's rollback?

Make compost bins, fill them to get mulch, get straw (from wild crops if needed) Make mound beds.

Mound beds heat the area and allow you to keep growing crops.

I understand mound beds.
But how long for Barley?
I need straw and mulch for mound beds
I need glue for compost bins
I need bones for glue

I dont have glue, mulch, straw, or bones
What I DO have is some Barley seeds. Hense the question.

I also have a Rather large Palisade that I have been locked into, and HOPE that the guy who has the key will log back in so I can get the exchange. But he has RL issues so. . .

Growth times are regional and random. Barley can take anywhere from 2-4 real life days, but it's safer to assume on the high side for that number. If your crop freezes over, you can harvest the tiles and get back enough seeds to replant in the spring.
