When it is safe to replant trees for seeds

can i replant my trees(spruce tree) when winter is over, or should i wait some time to be sure i will get seeds out of them ?

Make mound beds, your tree will give seeds whole year. Just destroy them in the summer.

I have had issues where planting in spring screwed the growth in the past. The de-spring-ifying of trees seems to happen randomly, but is most common half way through spring.

Way better to make a temporary mound bed, I don't trust random mechanics.
