Food recommendations

Is anyone willing to share decent strength food recipes for a character around 200 stats? Ive used the cookbook site to some success but I feel that I'm getting somewhat lost in the sauce of clicking through pages of recipes there. Recently broke through into level 5 and I'm finding my strength somewhat lacking. I'm going to try to shoot for around 300-400 before mining more seriously there.
Is this the real life?
Or is it fantasy?
Caught in a landslide...
No escape from reality...

If you're not doing cheese you really should be- they made it a lot easier since last world I played. After about a week of making curd you should have a steady flow of midnight blue cheese every day (like +2 STR 50 at BASE 10q)
Even just dried filet of cave angler at 80q is STR +1 25.
Make sure you are growing champignons and only harvesting at late stage, to get portobello which is a good way to spiral up STR mushroom quality
Also not sure if it's optimal but I have "Smoked glazed grazer dog" made with domestic honey and wild horse, smoked with spruce on my table right now that gives STR +1 17, CHA +1 13, DEX +1 9
we just slap together what we have and are slowly trying to learn what works well with others

I agree with the obvious cheese + pork big bear bangers, but those are absolutely not needed up to like 700-1k stats, although they are probably quite low effort compared to others once you have the production setup (other than feeding a metric shitton of animals lol)
Go onto https://food.cediner.tech/ and you can search through public recipes, but overall it's pan-seared fish from angler, big bear bangers from boar, a lot of other sausage also give str even if +1, autumn steaks/meat in jelly from bear/wolf should give str too, dried angler meat, a lot of normal meat/fish roasted with high quality salt also can go up to like 20-30 feps of basically pure str. There is probably some baked recipes that are okay for str, you should look through the availble options. Overall this world eating, other than the endgame op foods, is eating a bunch of 20-30 fep foods in combination to take advantage of variety.

Encumbered Roast, I think. Can be made with cucumber and any meat. For strength, mammoth, bear and moose all work well iirc.
