Boar Taming Issue [Solved]

Postby Nubee » Thu Feb 13, 2025 1:44 pm

Recently, I've been having a lot of trouble capturing Boars. The success rate of using Clover to attract them is extremely low—almost only 1 out of 10 Boars succeeds. This is really frustrating for me.

Last year, when I used the same method to attract Boars, the capture rate wasn’t this low. So I’d like to ask whether there have been any design changes or if there are any special techniques needed for capturing Boars?

The secret is to get real close to them before giving the clover.

Also pro tip, some clients let you configure "dropping" to only drop items in your hand if you press ctrl+left click. This allows you to run towards animals with a clover already in your hand and only right click them when you are very close.

Oh, I didn't know it could be done this way! I'll give it a try. Thanks!
