skills needed for 100% tree growth(no stunting)

As the title says what skills needed to ensure that I get a 100% success rate for trees.

For both methods. the tree planter pot/herbalist table and the shovel in hand and right clicking on soil

Druidic Rite(150K) will ensure a 100% success rate with treeplanter pots.

planting a tree via shovel carries stunting risk no matter what skills you have.

Trees grown in a Treeplanter's Pot will never naturally stunt ensuring the tree will grow to adulthood successfully, unless...

These skills affect the chance for a seeding to sprout from its treepot, as well as the chance for a tree planted directly in the ground to stunt before maturity

So a tree planted from a pot never stunts.
And a tree planted with a shovel never has 100% success chance.

I wonder what chances for trees planted by a dropped seed (presumably those have high rate of stunning)
