I understand that bees don’t directly affect grains or trees in the game (even though in real life they do pollinate flowering trees), but I’m curious—do bees have any impact on trellis crops at all?

For each trellis crop wiki states beehives do impact trellises.

The data itself is added by Kitsuneg, I'd say he's quite reasonable to rely on his data, unless there was a hidden change made by devs.

Thanks for your sharing, I thought trellis crops like tomatoes or grapes might be affected since they have flowers. Makes more sense now!
