How do I change the default Windows 11 keyboard shortcuts?

Hello,

I want to change the default Windows keyboard shortcuts to do different things.

I tried Keyboard Manager (PowerToys) but it only allows me to set Apps/Menu to enter Key1+Key2, which is not what I want.

I don't understand why Microsoft has to make it so difficult to change a simple keyboard shortcut.

Can anyone help me explain this! Thanks
