What does satiety percentile actually mean?

Every food has it's own category - that's understandable, it affects FEP gain

What about satiety percentile?

Does it affect FEP gain or other statistics? What does 226.9 percentile mean?

Yes, hunger level affects feps.
Second number is the multiplier for feps, and first number is the value of your satiation which fep multiplier is calculated from. More satiated (less hungry) = lower multiplier. And the higher your satiation is, the quicker it recovers.
You can safely ignore this mechanic, it exists so eating more food will give you diminishing returns, but it will still give you more feps than eating less food.
Individual food satiation are more important, don't ignore these.

Don't worry too much about it. The game isn't supposed to be understood or played.
