Hey, I ran into something similar after the latest update. In my case the client kept throwing a “connection refused” error until I completely restarted the client and cleared the download cache. Sometimes the update doesn’t apply correctly on the first launch.
Glad to see switching/changing the client fixed it for you.

Out of curiosity, what exactly did you change when you say “changing client”?

I had a similar issue once after an update and a full restart of the client fixed it for me. Sometimes the update just does not apply properly on the first launch.
