Why do some alchemy potions heal wounds into other wounds?

I have a perfectly matched alchemy potion - all 4 effects are accounted for. But both wounds heal into allergic reaction. I have another potion that just heals the wounds. Why is this?

From what i could find some bases are allergic to certain processings, or they just suck in general. Sometimes measured distillate will make a base convert wounds but then using mineral calcinations only will amke it not happen(even thouhg you will likely be left with an alchemical wound)
Try to use different process, the potion will be imperfect but it might still be worth using.

You might be using a base or processing method that inherently causes Allergic Reaction as a side effect. I've had potions with the exact same healing effects behave differently depending on the processing used. Try swapping the base or using a different processing chain and see if the result changes.

So some rocks are just cursed to be garbage for no reason and there's no well to tell before you make the potion? cool
