How many of the posts on the first two pages are your faction?

It's a manufacturered shit storm, or you guys thought we were trying to get allies to fight you or something.

And here I am just happy my crops are above 10 ql now. None of my friends will even try the game now that they would have to walk 5+ hours to get to my base from spawn -_-

Don't let these guys fool you man. The reason they don't want you to get lots of new players is because they're perfectly aware of how combat works in the game now. It's all about how many people you have, not about how strong each of your people is. Even the strongest guy in the game will lose to 3 new players. That's just how combat works. If you have more players than them, you're stronger than them, and if you out number them 3 to 1, you will with 100% certainty win against them in any fight (though you'll lose some people in the process).

They know this, and want to stop any faction from getting a large number of bodies. It's also the reason they're working on combat bots, because they know having an extra few bodies, no matter how bad they are is always superior to having a fewer but stronger people.

I believe the role of leadership in Ainran is currently held my communal bull who is passed around to knock up the other cows.

Well, they got steel swords to trade, I felt it with my body.
I wouldn't underestimate their angry mob if I were you.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
