But, if it affected all those clients wouldn't it probably have affected them too? Jeeze, it sure would be useful to crash your own guys in a raid. I'll remember that next time I go out and try to get nuked like Core did.

You find the client crashing bug, use fix it on your side, then use it to crash people who haven't encountered/fixed it yet. So complicated.

I'm not trying to say that they were trying to crash our clients. All I'm saying is its pretty sketchy to have 4 peoples clients crash at the same time from the same error right as our gate opened up and its not at all wrong to make the assumption that it is a possibility that it was an aggressive use of some crashing bug.

I just assumed it was just the drums causing client crashes again. Amber had that issue early on when instruments were first added but it was fixed rather quickly and they worked fine in the default client so I thought nothing of it since then, until last night.

Yes, we have war drums. We're casual larpers, what'd you expect.

It wasn't drums it was some kind of radar bug with the default client (as i understand it). It crashed 5 of our people the second we opened the gate. The timing was extremely suspicious, but very possibly (and likely) just a coincidence. Didn't really weigh to heavily on our decision to not follow 7 guys into 12+ more guys though ;)
