#1 they move super fast
#2 you can't hit them but they can hit you
#3 to de-horse them you need to agro the horse and fighting a person and a horse at this stage is very difficutlt

you cant hit the person on the horse, they can hit you so you need to aggro the horse. but that becomes a 2v1. you vs horse and player.

When a horse is agro'd it will kick the rider for about 30 dmg or so and then the horse will run towards whoever agro'd it

If you're on the ground you'd want to be prepared to fight or get away from the horse somehow, but at the same time, it removes the person's ability to move around quickly and attack you on horseback
