I think this chart is a little skewed. Especially since there is only 1 source for each thing, and a bunch of them being CIA World Factbook.

I could always say that North Korea has the highest literacy rate in the world

With that being said its easy to see that the Factbook only has the information that is reported to them from the respective country. Also, considering that every government gives false numbers to make their country look better than it is a one-source graph is a "low confidence" assessment of what the statistics actually are.

Loftar or Jorb need to implement a private server-side developer's tool that they can use to easily track the number of crimes committed in game, maybe including unclaimed house destructions, and link these crimes to country IP.

Then share with the community your findings so we can analyze which nationalities are the biggest griefers. This would be purely academic research, of course.
