Great houses camped the end of a CR road with like 20 guys and killed 1 person while the rest ported away.

I wonder if there will ever be an army standoff, a big fight, or just big parties ganking and killing lonely wanderes? I have zero experience of war and politics in old Haven, were there such great battles that makes great stories and songs? (and I'm not talking about the end of every world slaughterfest).
