whatever you call "victory" at a battle is not necessarily their "victory", their mission was not supposed to be a mass killing nor raiding if i read it correctly.

I think it speaks volumes that people make such fuss about simply using the word "competitive". It doesn't even need to be that word, you could replace it with "strong" or "well-developed" and it would get as much resistance just because NB is trying so hard to maintain it's absurd portrayal of "helpless, peaceful noobs".

Did you know that the majority of the conflicts that have been posted in these threads has actually occurred in territory that is many hours away from Brodgar? They are almost always the aggressors. I've also yet to see a picture of an armed force that is larger than the one they put together. So can we please drop the whole "not competitive" charade? I think people are tired of reading silly propaganda.

So,
my time to shine. I*ve not made a single post in all of this shitpost threads.
This is my summary of everything. Basically it all started because a few people of us were bored and made their way to the supergrid to find some people to fuck around, because we had like no active people around us and we just wanted some fun. It was not even about killing noobs or anything like that and we didnt raid anything (For me a raid is basically getting inside a base, kill a shit ton of people and get a ton of loot - set them back in time probably). So after not finding any pray or people to fuck around you basically end up at new brodgar, because you just cant miss it. What started after is just a massive shitstorm of both sides claiming they are the good ones and the other ones are the bad ones. You have to imagine we were so bored we walked 3 hours to the supergrid just to see some people. So on this one day - when they trapped us while we were raiding a base and we escaped through using the roadsigns - we were scouting the area before and met this hermit or whatever he is. After scouting one of us went back and started talking to him. We wanted to lure him out so we can get in, with saying we gonna trade him a pickaxe. I will not deny that because im an honest person. What happened was we were 2 people at his front door and 2 waiting at the signpost to back up if something happens, wich started seconds after when the alarm went off and we saw 1 person and a few others after them. At this point we counted 5. And ported back. To be fair. it was a good move from them and definitly not expected. We called ainran if they could help us and they sent 2 people for backup - one of them was clark who got called sadly .. (rip clark). We did not lie about numbers, we were just not able to count them. Most of the counting was based on the alarms, because i want to see you if your over months developed character gets outnumber 2:1 and isnt even equipped for a fight counting the enemies correctly . After that tbh i was frightened a lot and got a bit paranoid because you did a very good move. What made me fucking angry was all this shitpousting in here, especially from the ones, who do not even belong to one village in this war and still think they have to say who is right and who not, are basically insulting people in some posts, like little childs. After dole and Robben said we could make peace we discussed all together what would be the best for us all. And we figured out that peace would be the best for both parties and were totally fine with never attacking nb noobs anymore, wich is in my opinion a tough decision to make for our village leader. What happened then is basically a Man who is leading one of the biggest villages and should be the leader of the noobs, throwing away all his honor, by declining his own peace treaty? No peace can be made without trust. TBH if me just signed the peace treaty and attacked you again you would have had every fucking village on your side to raid the shit out of us, so i think you are a kind of retarded person. You should not think about your own power in this world, but about the peace for your noobs, because if we come again, we will probably not be able to kill any one of you hiding behind the walls until you got backup, but we will catch a lot of sprucecaps again.
Atm its just 8 years throwing insults at each other and trying to argue. I think every one in this world killed some sprucecaps, our mistake was to kill them just outside of your walls, and we know that.
Sorry for the large Post, and my bad english, but this had to been said, because its this alt spamming at each others doors is just fucking annoying and senseless and there will be no fights where anyone will get out with 5 kills and just 3 deaths. You will be fucking around at our doors and we at yours, few traps will be set thats all. Massive waste of my lifetime. Our leader has proven some honor by asking for peace but you lost your honor by offering the treaty and declining it after. Thats not what a leader of such a great village is supposed to be sir!

those who are bothered with the term "competitive" with concern does not seem to be NB, but rather you guys and ainran from the very start of NB related moot threads.

R'lyeh were creating alt accounts and posting on Dwarves&Thieves subforum that New Brodgar were killing innocent noobs. That is something quite rare and seen as "low" in the in global politics scene (propaganda posting on alts). This and the sudden change in their tone are loudly shouting "Hey! You claim you are peaceful? We will use it in our favor!". They could hide their warriors in Ainran's village or in a vault, securing their crossroads and etc. from attacks, while their raiders would be doing everything to damage NB even more.

Is asking for master keys from the village ridiculous? Yes. Asking to revoke the current leader of NB in exchange for 'peace' is as ridiculous. What would I personally do if I would be at the same position as Robben? Most likely I wouldn't even speak to R'lyeh leadership about peace, since there is no actual need for the peace from R'lyeh side. Bob Dole and others have joined the coalition for known reasons. But R'lyeh withdrawing from a military alliance with Ainran? And many other reasons which would make me doubt their intentions. Tell me more fairy tales, it's almost the midnight.
