Here is the story. I was happily going down the river and met these guys who already had a palisade up. I chatted with them and they seemed friendly. I came off the boat to befriend one of them. Before I know they had my boat on their claim. Feeling cheated I started working on retrieving my boat and bashed their pali (with 10 str?? jorbtar?!?!)
Oh yeah once you kill one segment the pali keeps going like a domino effect.

When this segment was falling down one of them was running after it as if trying to catch it and stop it from breaking.


It was probably not worth it to go through all that for a boat but better stand up for myself while people still don't have murder.

I guess the palisade works like any other structure now, it must take some time for the soak to gradually raise to a point where it's not so easily destructible. Plus they didn't have a claim over the entire thing anyways which would have helped them a lot.

They deserved it though for taking your boat!

I'm sure it surprises none of you to hear that this loleznub nerd had a reputation for being a mentally stunted wannabe troll kid who was despised by the majority of the entire NA community of this other game (cRPG, the most popular multiplayer mod for Mount and Blade: Warband). This was not only due to his petty, insufferable nature and innate, almost magical talent for inspiring contempt in everyone who made the mistake of talking to him for more than a few minutes at a time, but also his complete and utter lack of skill at the game. Despite playing for years and trying almost every single playstyle possible, he was terrible in duels and would routinely fail to go even 1:1 on kills in the standard battle mode. It speaks worlds about his intelligence and character that he would continue to use the same singularly stupid username when his online gaming history reads like an indictment for imbecility.

I don't know which I'm more impressed with:

The fact that he found someone else with my name from another game (I thought it was a unique name, apparently not)

Or the fact that he had to bring up some other game in a HnH thread topic to become relevant. Of course, you can't be surprised by someone that is most likely a fat neckbeard that has probably sat playing this other game for thousands of hours only to get rekt multiple times by my other self in said game

I do play Salem, however I have not played the game stated above by the other guy. Last time I checked Longshanks died at least twice where as I was killed once with like maybe 5-6 hours of playtime and then I'm pretty sure you ran away with your tail between your legs too scared to do anything productive
