Is this what we're doing now? really? Are we really so low on actually interesting topics we have to resort to meaningless name calling and conjecture? What is even the point.

New Brodgar is at war, a war they did not start. Accidents happen in war. And people killed that were not part of the Ainranii raid last night have already been apologized to and reimbursed for the loss of time and effort put into their characters, according to wergeld. So as far as I am concerned that's really the end of the story. And I wish them a safe journey and fertile farmlands for their mains. New Brodgar's thanes did nothing wrong in the given situation.

Its far too easy to judge from the comfort and safety of the sidelines. But to call all Brodgarii newbkillers over an accident? That is petty. And particularly hurtful to me because I've had my farmer mains killed three times so far. Twice by Ainran raids. And nobody calls them out on it. Probably because they never pretended to be righteous, but whatever.

To clarify, I am upset by the constant verbal barbing of New Brodgar, not my attempt to reach Valhalla by stacking my carcasses into a staircase.

If you made a game, or I made a game, who are you going to go to first with your idea's or concerns ... the whole community with lots of voices talking at once, all making different suggestions or a small circle of friends and people whose opinion you respect? Be honest with yourselves here.

It's not excluding anyone, we are on a forum, if you have idea's or suggestions make a thread about them, Jorb is active here now, he answers, he tries to engage us, he streamed for over two hrs last night asking for ppls opinions and listening/answering them, he even had a notebook he wrote stuff down in. I think you hinted at it. I found it ironic because brogdar is the group claiming to be defenders of new players.

majority of the people in this secret club seem like carebear peaceful farmers trying to ease their troubles from the big bad raiders, they should most definitely be listening to the entirety of the community no matter how hard it is 2 draft good opinions from them. one small group of peaceful noobs who just happen to be well respected by the devs due to how long theyve played the game and other factors is a terrible place to take gamechanging advice from

According to time and effort put into their alts, yes. Since the alt in question was naked and claimed to be a freshly spawned one, they have been paid zilch in wergild. Had it been a more developed character, they'd be entitled to more, such as curios, food, equipment and so on. - I am so glad to hear they have reached your town safely and wish them luck in future endeavours. Hopefully we can put this misunderstanding behind us someday.

The cynicism in your post is incredible. You play the noice guy by seriously telling people they have been reimbursed just to knock them down more then by mocking them now?
How is anyone supposed to believe now that you would actually reimburse someone more developed.

I do agree the IP could use some more diversity but it is supposed to make Jorbs and Loftars life easier. Most of the people that might have proper advice usually disqualify themselves pretty quickly when you just read their constant forum shitposting...

Those two are not mutually exclusive.

A person can be a great troll and have great advice. The trick is knowing where to eat, and where to shit.
