Problem with being to neighborly it could result in domestic violence.. Plus i have been out here by myself for so long already i forgot how to share..

ive met this type of new players 4 times in total, twice in w3, each in w5 and w7. all built their leantos this close or similar, ready to build a log cabin, but not a claim.
in w3 and w7, i managed to talk to them, they all said they didnt know and didnt think of offending anyone and somehow they felt "safer" living next to the wall of someone. after i explained, one in w3 wanted to join us (i was in a japanese village back then, he was a korean and spoke japanese very well), the rest moved out soon. in w5, i couldnt spot this person at all, and no message returned, so i covered it with my vclaim. he/she never logged back in after that afaik, and gone.
so, from my experience, id assume this person is also not aware that you are offended by this.
