What's the point if even a BW can be bashed?

I worked my ass off over my holiday break to get a BW up, so I could vault my valuables. I finished it last night and woke up this morning to find it bashed, with all my shit gone.



This is an idiotic mechanic. Why should I waste time rebuilding if I know it's just going to be smashed again? Fuck, I wouldn't have built it in the first place if I'd known about this idiocy.

There are better games out there in which to waste lifespan.

. That is possibly the biggest problem right now. Crime and effort aren't balanced.
. Things are not clear in the game and you'll only learn life-or-death mechanics if you spend hours reading the forum, which is the reason why so many players make "noob mistakes" in the first place.

Walls starting with no soak really is an issue. The drying process could be a little faster if nothing else

NG+ - where did you get your botting client? 8 grids of BW is an awful lot... not to mention leveling the entire area.

This is about 2 hours walk NE of the starting area, in case anyone is interested.

NG+ is a Dis village and why they are breaking in to hermit settlements while simultaneously trying to get a public market going I don't know but in any case I do agree that the gradual soak raising for a brickwall could certainly be shortened but then we run in to the current problem of bad siege mechanics and if a brick wall ram bubble is allowed to dry outside your walls in a short period of time that will kind of suck.

Also wall cascading being pretty bullshit made this easier for them to do.

Both things are equal (and fun) parts of HnH gameplay. You seems to be here for a long time so i don't understand how it can be unclear to you.

I takes a lot of time to palibash. If you caught them doing it you just need to repair in the same moment they are doing it and they will leave because they can't agro or kill you through the wall.
Also yes, KAios is right.
The reason they are just doing that **** in the starter area is because they can't teleport to other areas. I feel like legacy's warping system was better for everyone.
