I wonder why you even try to involve anyone on this forum, it's 99% Russians that attend so most English speakers cannot understand them anyways and the time you've chosen is quite poor for anyone not in the EU.

Well, at the start, there were only a couple of them. I was translating everything I was saying Later on they have left due to other business. The time I have chosen is the only one which suits me, since I am living at GMT 6+ atm and cannot afford staying whole night online. I'll be able to set up more suitable time next month once I will return to the UK.
I do believe both communities should mix together and socialize, regardless of the ratio of the people who are coming. In spite of you, do not see a reason why English-speakers should be not invited and discriminated just because a lot of people who attend are Russians.

Considering I attended the music contest and even won a coin, obviously I don't disagree with you. I had a great time during that event and I think what you're doing (at least with respect to the Market) is a wonderful thing and only helps to enhance the social aspect of this game. I hope to be able to go to more of these events in the future and I also hope it inspires players to do similar things with their time. Quite frankly though you don't come across like you give a shit about the English speaking community at all and I think you know what I mean by that.

During the course of this world I've been able to speak with and even play together a little bit with several groups that in past worlds would have considered me an enemy and probably killed me on the spot, this of course includes Russian players as well. And you know what? It is nice to see another, friendlier side of people and I hope they feel the same about me.

You've done the groundwork, you are trying to involve all players but you undermine yourself by your other actions. Even though you guys can clearly see the game is in a bit of bad state at the moment, players are bored, tired of checking their walls, tired of doing grinding shit in general instead of using the opportunity you created to involve as many players as you can you instead exclude them by capitalizing on this moment by destroying hermits, camping/smashing roads, etc. This is what completely turns me off from any such projects and why I don't understand your reasoning for posting here at all.

Yeah. It is rather English-speakers who have problems with the Russians, for some reasons. While Russians are fine with other nationalities. At least, for the past 2 worlds.

My experience has always been rather good if you honor and respect others, regardless of language. I've worked with people who had difficulty with English and still made good friends. As long as you can find a way to understand each other that is what matters most I think.
